I plan to attend this but I'll probably watch Brillante Mendoza's award-winning film "Lola." I know, I know... it's not French hehe =) It's cool that the French respect our Independence Day by showing a Filipino film on that day =)

  1. My friend and I watched Lola on June 12. Good thing, I was there early. Ang haba ng pila! The director and writer were even present.. they both gave a few remarks. Honestly, I didn't like the movie. The film was just too slow for me. I guess the slow plot and turn of events were deliberately made slow to emphasize "Lola."
