    Yup I think so Mr. Spaniard =) Gabby is a licensed real estate broker in the US. We all know bagsak ang real estate ngayon doon so dito muna siya sa Pinas para maghanapbuhay. Sabay bonding na rin sa anak niyang si KC =)
