Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo (CCP Main Theater)
September 23 (Friday) - 25 (Sunday), 2011

At the center of Ballet Philippines' 42nd Season: Faces of Eve is "Inamorata."

Celebrating 100 years of International Women's Day, this mixed bill gala showcases well-loved classics like "The Dying Swan," "Flames of Paris" and "Harlequinade," performed alongside new contemporary pieces by Paul Alexander Morales, Alden Lugnasin, Denisa Reyes, Carlo Pacis, Dwight Rodrigazo, Novy Bereber, and Don Adrian Obviar, winner of the 2nd BP Choreographer's Cup. It also underscores Ballet Philippines' versatility and strength in different forms of dance.

The night will pay homage to women, and will be all about woman as love’s muse, set to beautiful music performed by the country’s top opera singers such as Rachelle Gerodias, and Camille Lopez-Molina, and costumes designed by the country’s top designers like Ito Curata, Rajo Laurel, Jojie Lloren and Lulu Tan Gan.
